Hello all! I will confess to not having reaD more than the first couple of posts on this thread, but I wanted introduce myself. My name is Jon, I am 42, and I live in Maui, Hawaii and discovered Carina a few months ago and fell in love. So far all I have is "The Disconnection" but I am going to try to order her first album (I have to get it as an import, but I think they have it on eBay). I am a professional guitarist (just playing 4 nights a week with a local cover band) and SCUBA instructor by day. Anyway, I see that Carina's mom was on here. Hi Mom!!! :-) Your daughter is incredibly talented, you must be very proud! Nice forum layout, Steve. Checked out the website too. Well done.

Hi.
I joined here today after a fan of Carina for a few years, I saw her once live in L.A. and was amazed, filmed some stuff, supported her on my websites. Coming from Germany I didn't have much chances to hear her music on the radio or go to concerts of her.
I'm looking forward finding out what the forum spirit is.
Regards

The spirit on here is rather dull at the moment. I'm sure there are plenty of fans out there, but I don't see much discussion on any forums, including this one. Even Steve the Administrator is notable by his absence. Is he too busy, or has he lost interest in Carina? Come on, Steve, tell us.
Anyway, fanfan, welcome to the forum.
