At recent gigs the set lists have remained fairly similar with the odd exception. I've listed the songs which seem to hardly ever get played these days. There are a few others but these are the ones from the albums (as I can only fit a maximum 8 options into a poll) and I'd like to see which ones you'd really like to hear Carina play on the next tour.
Feel free to post a message with another request if it is not included on the list.
A few others I can think of...
Body Shaped Bruise
Hookah
Idiot Dance
Damn Your Eyes

How I see it!!! I just can't stop playing that song at the moment! On Leaving is a very close second, though...

I've voted for The Waves because I think it has everything---unconventional lyrics, jazzy chorus and great chord changes. I would also love to hear Body Shaped Bruise played live, but she would probably have to hire in some b.v.'s for it!

I voted for Overcome, as its the only one i've never heard live - although it some reports say that she's playing it "over there" at the moment

I've seen Carina three times now, one of the best nights she supported Miles Hunt at Ronnie Scotts in Brum. The two of them sang Four to the floor (co-wriiten between the two of them and on Hunts Hairy on the inside album) it was excellent, however I doubt if she'll ever do it again! It was good to see her back in Wolves last week, how shes changed from a voice and guitar to a menacing at times disturbing wall of sound. Again it was good to see her back home, she will be a mega star soon, just hope she'll still talk to us!

Yeah I'd like to hear that live but I reckon you're probably right For those who have never heard this song go have a look here www.freewebs.com/carina_round/downloads.htm Obviously I think Carina is brilliant as she is now but part of me wishes I'd seen her when she was playing solo acoustic. Hopefully she might do the odd song or two like that some time in the future. I think it would just be good to hear. Stripped down acoustic versions can sometimes be really great. Maybe Reenie could do this for a radio session or something one day... When is John Peel gonna get his act together and invite Carina on his show? Btw I reckon Carina would still talk to us even if she was mega famous. Not the type to turn into a self obsessed showbiz person. Partly why we like her I think! The problem would be more fans so less chance of a moment of her time! Bit of a double edged sword since we would all want her to do incredibly well otherwise.

You're right,Steve.Acoustically the songs are just as powerful and 'that voice' even more spinetingling. Those uf us at The Flapper gig last October will never forget the encore where she played How I See It and The Waves entirely acoustically 'sans band'.Truely mesmerising. She also played the MVC instore promos solo(and the Wolves one was well over an hour in length BTW) so maybe she'll promote the next album in a similar way--altho' we'll have to be mightily patient, methinks! I believe she was considering playing a few solo acoustic shows this year but the Interscope/US visit/tour taking off put paid to that. But fingers crossed, you never know what might happen in the future. Of course she'll still talk to us when she's mega----if only to say:"Get out the way you *******" Only joking!!

I'm not sure I ever heard Ribbons, even when she was touring the first album and I went to loads of gigs. But maybe I've just forgotten it with old age. But yeah, I'd love to hear this live, possibly again, as it's always been one that's meant a lot to me.
