Just got back from the first gig on Carina's solo tour. Great performance of songs taken from all 3 albums plus another couple that I'd not heard before. Finished off with a storming rendition of Let It Fall. She kept saying she was very nervous, but apart from forgetting the words to Paris, you wouldn't have known it. Lovely to see her back in this country. Can't say I liked some of the audience. Most ignorant talking loudly even through quieter songs. If you don't like the music, stay in the bar! Roll on Sheffield

Thanks very much Manta I was hoping for a report here! I hope she sings from all three when I see here in London, I love all her music, and can't wait to hear some acoustic versions. I've seen her on Youtube performing some. That really pisses me off as well, all the talking! The crowd weren't very attentive the couple of times I saw her in London, mainly drinking and oggling! I hope there's not too much Christmas spirit around when I see her. ;D

I saw Carina for the first time at Cambridge on Sunday. She was brilliant! At first I was a bit disappointed she didn't have her band with her, but that changed the moment she started performing. There was a small but attentive crowd - well hardly a crowd. I was expecting a bigger turnout.
Her music is amazing. Her stage presence enchanting. Loved the way she happily chatted away to us after the show. She said we were a quiet crowd and very polite! Well, Carina, we were captivated.
Nice to see a Carina forum - thanks. Not a lot of activity though - would be nice to get some discussion going.

Ok grip, how long was Carina on for, 30 minutes? I'm seeing her in London, and both times I've seen her she's only been on for 30, I was hoping for longer this time. Like you I think she's a great performer, and love her songs.

I was at this gig (had just flown in and driven from Heathrow) but spoke to her before the gig before anyone was let in and after the gig when everyone was gone :-) I think the guy at the merc stand was Kurt who was managing the tour
