Just a side note... Ecosid and I are off to Amsterdam tomorrow and will see Polly at Heineken Music Hall on the Thursday then at the Music In My Head festival in The Hague the next day!
Also going to Le Zenith in Paris on the 23rd, both Somerset House gigs and as I already mentioned, Brixton Academy!
Do you think I might be slightly obsessed ;D

What about that Brixton gig, eh? Fantastic!! Already bought tickets for Nottingham Rock City. Might be even better than Brixton in a smaller venue.

does anyone know how much glasto footage of pj was shown on tv? i've heard that only one song was shown on the friday BBC2 footage and am about to search my videos now for it...so annoying that they show hours of franz ferdinand who were on at the same time and nearly nothing of pj.

Andy, Brixton was indeed fantastic! Saw you posting a bit on The PJ forum too now Ecosid and I are slight Polly Harvey fans it could be argued! I'm going to as many of the gigs as him ;D Yep, off to Dublin in a few weeks. Another date has been added at the Olympia there (31st of August) so that's gonna now make a total of 12 shows we'll have been to! Saw Fridgemagnet at the Somerset House show. Another board member with excellent taste ...Though...I suppose...if you're on a Carina forum then that's obvious really! ;D does anyone know how much glasto footage of pj was shown on tv? i've heard that only one song was shown on the firday BBC2 footage and am about to search my videos now for it...so annoying that they show hours of franz ferdinand who were on at the same time and nearly nothing of pj. As far as I know it was just 'The Letter' that was broadcast. Shame on you, BBC! Daisy, did you know however, that the whole of Polly's performance was webcast on PlayLouder.com? glastonbury.playlouder.com/webcasts/Obviously not as good quality as seeing it on your telly but it was the WHOLE performance! They also have/had the set from Goldfrapp who I think are excellent too!

Andy, Brixton was indeed fantastic! Saw you posting a bit on The PJ forum too now Well, I did vow to myself to not post on anymore forums. I just can't seem to keep up with them all. But sometimes you just can't help yourself. I was on such a high after that gig that I had to visit the PJH forum Andy

It's got a bit swamped lately (what with the release of Uh Huh Her) and inevitably there are a few stupid posts (people trying to stir up shit etc) but in general I've found it a very good message board with some excellent people. I know what you mean about not being able to keep up with all the forums. I'm on too many myself. If you do feel so inclined though @forums is a really good place for PJ info and rare stuff to download.
